COVID-19 Shipping Policy.

Shipping is usually provided via USPS (large or heavy orders may be shipped by UPS, although this is rare). I typically ship within three (3) business days of the order being received, however, sometimes supplies are delayed and this may be longer. If it will be longer than five (5) business days since your order has been received I will attempt to contact you regarding the delay. Please note, when you placed the order if you did not provide an email and/or phone contact information I will not be able to contact you regarding any delays.

I am not responsible for the speed in which your package is shipped once it leaves my workshop. This includes the fact that it may or may not be properly scanned by the shipper, this means your tracking information may not be kept up to date during the shipping process. If you feel your package is delayed or lost I will do my best to assist you in the matter.

Pre-COVID Policy:

Shipping is usually provided via USPS (large orders including gift baskets may on rare occasion ship UPS). I typically ship Tuesdays and Thursdays when these days are not holidays. If one of these days is a holiday I will ship the next business day.
